1. Call the NATCA National Office at 202/223-2900 or 800/266-0895.  hen the automated greeting begins, press the # key.

2. Enter your five-digit subscriber mailbox number.

3. Enter your security code (the first time you access the system, your security code will be "0000".

4. Following the prompts, change your security code and record your name along with a personalized greeting.

5. After initially entering your mailbox, press "3" to access the "Phone Manager."

6. Press "1" to enter "Personal Options."

7. Press "1" for "Change Message Notification."

8. If your message notification is "off" press "1" and follow the instructions to turn on message notification.

9. After you have determined that your message notification is "on," press "2" to access "daily message reminder."

10. Press "3" to edit your setup.

11. Either press "1" to limit notification to urgent messages or press "9" to receive notification of all messages.

12. Press "9" to receive notification of all types of messages (Voice or Fax, E-mail is not available) or press "1" to edit types.

13. Press "9" to receive notification at all hours or press "1" to restrict the hours of notification.

14. You will be prompted to enter the number of times that your notification list will be traversed. (You will be able to enter up to nine phone numbers or pager numbers in your list.  After a message is left in your mailbox, the AVS machine will immediately start dialing through your notification list.  If you leave a phone number, the AVS machine will call the number and state that there is message for you.  You will be able to enter your security code and then retrieve the message.  If you do not enter your security code, it will move on to the next number in your list.  If you enter pager numbers into your list, the AVS machine will call your pager and leave your mailbox number. The AVS machine will continue to call through your list for the specified number of times until you retrieve your message.)

15. To enter a number into your list, press "1."

16. Enter "1" followed by your pager number (for example, 1-202-555-5555).

17. Press "2" to designate the number as a "Radio Digital Pager."   At any time, you may press "*" to cancel the current function and press "*" repeatedly to back up through the menu.  Press "#" at any time for help or to review all menu options.
