The National Legislative Committee welcomes Trish Gilbert as it's newest member.  Trish replaces David Benedetto who served as the Southwest Region Legislative Chair since 1996.  Trish has been one of NATCA's great activists serving.  The following is a brief background highlighting the experience Trish brings to the NLC.
